Oneplan does it again!!

Good day,

Oneplan has once again managed to let me down on the simplest thing. Service.

After making numerous complains on Hello Peter I received a call from a seemingly helpful guy by the name of Ronald Govender who said that he will deal with anything I need help with from here on. He asked me to please change the status of my hello peter complain to a positive one.

Well when once I changed the status of complaint and I needed help his email address suddenly didn't exist.

I don't appreciate being to.

We also worked out that an excess payment was due and that I had three months to pay it. We agreed on a date and today I receive an sms demanding payment.

Also to inform you that your call centre number has numerous problems hence my constant needs to hit hello peter. At least when I post here I get a response.
