I phoned Wesbank Customer Service Centre on 11/1/13 to arrange settlement of my car. I received the amount and paid on 14/1/12. I then called 2 days later (16/1/13) to arrange for the collection/delivery of my papers. I opted to have them couriered to my office - between 2 to 5 days. The documents arrived early this morning (18/1/13) - 2 days later. Everything went so smoothly!! What a pleasure to receive such professional, top class service from Wesbank Customer Service!! Unfortunately I never kept a record of the people that I had the pleasure of dealing with. A very big THANK YOU!!!
