Whoever thought this out should be shot!

I am not able to add any new scheduled payments, or change any existing scheduled payments through FNB's Internet Banking. Why? Because I am not accessing the site from my "usual" (known) machine. FNB removes certain functionality from the site if you access it from an IP address not known to them.

So what does this do? Well, nothing, other than annoying me. I was told that this is an extra security feature. How is this added security? That is why I have installed the security software. That is also why you have a user id and password. And why the site uses One-time-pins (OTP's). Not being able to change an existing scheduled payment, why, is someone going to hack into my account and pay my domestic double?

You know what their solution is? "Just keep logging into the account from your new machine until the functionality comes back." Guess what. I've logged into my account more than 20 times over the last month! The functionality is still not there! This is ridiculous!

You know what the best is? I can still do OnceOff payments. Should you not disable that functionality as well? Better yet, why not disable all functionality...
