Miss money every month

My husaband is a client of standard bank on the 4 of may after he withdraw money from his account the remaining balance showed as minus, he went to the bank and they said they will sort it out within 9days and today is the 28 while we still waiting for them to sort the matter out the same thing happed money went missing agagain and we must wait for 2 weeks .we waited for almost a month for something that's not our fault while we still waiting we must wait again for 2 weeks we have bills to pay. Just want our money back because we switching banks.
