Machine doesnt issue money

Hi i went to withdraw money from an atm in the engen garage in centurion on heuwel street at 09:45 on friday 18 jan. after putting in my pin the machine froze. about 2 mins later it continued the transaction. I only asked for R100 as i was nervous that it froze. When it came time to dispense the money the machine said sorry it couldt there was a technical error. it gave back my card, but no money, however my slip and my sms said that money was withdrawn. this is not the case. please refund the money and the transaction charge
