I recently applied for customer assist from standard bank, and though the process seemed to take forever to me, it was actually so quick. The necessary documentation and information was handed over to them, and within a short period of time, they came back with positive news. The customer assist call centre, though being on hold is tiresome at times, were always friendly, professional and ready to help. Any query was cleared up in minutes.
