Incompetence at it's best and False promises.!

IWyze debited earlier than my pay day in December hence I called to them regarding the bank fees i incurred, two consultants promised that i will be re-imbursed but it never happend and now thay have done same in January debited my account days before my pay day hence I am in errors again.! no one can give me a clear explaination and everytime I call them I am transferred from one consultant to the other. THIS IS POOR SERVICES!!!
