Vehicle Concierge Service a gimmick - The sequel

I recently posted on this site about the terrible service and feedback I had received from FNB regarding the Vehicle Concierge Service. Within an hour I was contacted by FNB who apologized profusely and said the matter would be escalated. I asked the lady on the phone to please follow up in a day or so, this never happened.

The vehicle Concierge service also called me with some excuse about the person I had originally spoken to was on study leave. The new lady assured me she would follow up and get back to me shortly with a list of vehicles. Its now been over a week and I haven't had any feedback.

I qualify for free Vehicle Concierge Service however this has cost me valuable time as its been a complete disaster.

I think its time to step up your game or please remove this gimmick about a Vehicle Concierge Service from your website.
