I would like to lodge a complain againstAfrican bank for an account that was fully paid on the 24th of May 2013, i have requested a paid up letter, indicating that my account is fully settled and still have not received anything despite the fact that i have communicated with them on several occasions about the urgency of the matter.
Since i taking a loan from African bank honestly their service is extremely bad interms of customers care. I need my status to be updated on ITC to reflect that the account is closed and paid up with an amount of R0.
