Direct Axis
No feedback on a pending loan

I took a loan with direct axis, they paid out the loan amount and offered a plus loan on the original amount, I agreed and filled in and supplied all the neccesary docs, they said I can expect payout about 15 April on 15 April I phoned them because the funds werent paid over, they said a page of my properties title deed are missing the process will be delayed till around 25 May, there is still no funds available and no one replys to my various complaints and requests for updates. This is the worst service I ever received, I cant even find head offices contact details, they can deliver poor service but as soon as you skip a payment they want to report you to ITC and charge you insanely high legal costs.
