I have been waiting for a Payout for a claim

I have been Petsure for more than a year I have 2 Boerboel pups on there, did te whole Virbatec chip thing, took my boerboels in for the injections, later 1 developed a skin mange issue took it in, and then the vet signed the claim forms and I faxed it through to the numbers indicated, the amount of the claim was R3000.00, and after 2 months no response nothing I re-faxed it still nothing, then in August / September 2012 I re-faxed it and still nothing up to today. Yet my debit order goes off every single month? So I am not a happy camper and need to know what is going on and if not resolved they should cancel my policy and pay me back my premiums from the start. as there service is no good if you waiting for claims to be paid out this long.
