Painful legs and hip due to waiting

My goodness I can't believe I have been standing in this que for over an hour now with only 6 people ahead of me. It's month end and they only have one person assisting us. Then some lady brings a white couple and have them assisted while we rewriting there. Like really now, are we not human. The service in this branch always. So much for "how can we help you? ". They are not coping so they need more staff of have a bigger bank to cope with the demand. off to the limit. Xla... Mick
