I have been banking with FNB since 2008 and never once considerred moving banks, but now i am considering that! I always the option available for the temporary loan facility and a few months back in February this option disappeared and I queried this and was told that they will investigate and come back to me, nothing happened since i queried, i tried again and still nothing. Please can someone look into this and call me back. I will consider moving banks if i dont get a response, By the way i am a platinum card holder and so is the rest of my family, i will mention this to as much people as possible.
