Poor customer support relating to One Account & HL

I am very dissapointed in FNB One Account & Home Loans in relation to my application. Having received a Quotation for a HomeLoan, I called in to request my application be converted to a One Account. The responce was that I need to start a new application for a one account. I currently have a Cheque account, Credit Card, & Personal loan with FNB. Home loan has quoted me a 10.75% on the interest and I would gladly settle for a 10%. The poor lady "Cynthia" I spoke to consulted and the responce was that I needed to make a new application that can take up to 14days... I have just waited 18days for HL responce... no ways.
I will be taking the 9.75% offered by Nedbank, and most likely do future business with them:-(
