A few weeks back there was a burglary at my place. I called dial direct and within two days the claim consultant by the name of Chone assisted me. People around told me that the process would take more that a month so I was already planning on replacing some of them. To my surprise in less than 10 days the paid out the value of the items less access. I did not replace everything because I only noticed some stuff after I claimed but its not their fault so big thanks to dial direct.
