Only 55% loan from Landbank because I am white!

I submitted a loan application to Landbank 6 weeks ago to buy a farm. after 5 weeks I enquired to find out what is happening. i was told that it is not approved but I will only be getting a max. of 55% because I am white, due to bank policy. A farm next to the one I want to buy is being bought by a black person through Landbank with a 80% loan. I wrote a mail to the CEO, Mr. Hadebe Phakamani, and when he phoned me, I was told that this is not policy and he will get someone to sort this out. A Mr. Plaatjies phoned me and again confirmed this is policy as a directive from coverment due to "apartheid" and to speed-up the land revorm situation in the country. After I said I have a recording that prove what has been said to me, he said he will have to speak to his manager. A Mr. Morne du Plessis then phoned me and I am still not sure what he said after 1 hour on the phone, (it is not policy but it is a criteria being black or white???) but now I am all of the sudden not credit worthy and have not formaly submitted my application? I must now direct my questions in writing and they will respond.
