EFT'S toe be reversed

On 2013-04-30 i made to EFT transfers. One R2700.00 to a Wesbank Vaf Account and one R2600.00 to a Standard Bank Vaf Account. No one is able to assist me in refersing these transfers. The amount totals to R5300.00. Can someone from nedbank please assist me in the matter.
