Stay away from those fruit and veg rotten combo's!

Bought 2 combos on Sunday 28 April 2013. I wasn't aware at that time that every I bought was off, only realized when I got home. The combo was consisting of: Carrots, onions, potatoes and Butter nut, I had to throw away everything because the stuff was rotten. My question is aren't these people scared of killing people? Clearly these vegs were no longer fresh hence the were been put on sale. I'm still in shock as to how can a company as BIG as Fruit and Veg jeopardize peoples life like that.
