BAD MEAT!!!

I really did not want to do this, but because of the service I received, I have no option but to lay a complaint. I bought meat from Fruit and Veg City 2 weeks ago. I noticed that a lot of the meat was off. I ended up throwing so much of it away. There was the odd T-Bone Steak or Chicken Schnitzel that was still fine. When I defrosted a big Fillet that I was going to cook, that was also off. That was the LAST Straw. I put it in a packet and took ALL of the meat I had bought from them back to Fruit and Veg City and asked for a refund. The meat I purchased came to R1 850. I bought the odd veg and fruit which could not have been more than R100. They only reimbursed me R720 for the meat. I asked why are they only reimbursing me that much and they said its policy, they can only re-imburse me what I brought back. There is no way in we ate or had to throw away R1000 worth of meat. I am really upset about this whole situation and I feel that I should be reimbursed ALL of my money due to the fact that their meat was OFF!!! I have always been buying from Fruit and Veg City and this is the first time I have had a complaint. Fruit and Veg will NEVER EVER see me again!
