Incompetent Customer Service Department!

I am divorced and took my maiden name back. I have tried to change my surname from my married name to my maiden name since last year in May already. No joy!!! I have sent numerous e-mails to the customer service e-mail address and made 5 phone calls to the Call centre. I have provided my documents 3 times already since the beginning of December and I am still receiving my statements under my old married surname. Every time I phone the call centre I get the same attitude from the agents. "Please send through the documents" I do not know what they do with the information and documents supplied, but it is of a major concern that they are not able to change a surname when they have all the relevant documentation and it has been sent through 3 times already. It is no wonder that ID is so easy! I requested to speak to a manager and the call centre agent arrogantly said that I am speaking to someone now and he is telling me that I must send through my documentation. Of what use is it if my details do not get changed. I always overpay my account and before the deadline and then this is the service you get when you are a good customer with a substantial credit allocation!
