I am greatly disappointed in the way ABSA has handled my homeloan application. I have been a loyal ABSA client for as long as I can remember and chose to be with ABSA after numerous attempts by other banks to move me over. ABSA you have disgusted me with your client service and bad attitude. My application for homeloan finance was declined with no proper valid reasons. After further motivation there was still no positive response. I asked the originator for a managers details and guess what we have to speak to a call centre. What happened to customer service?? or is it that you have too many other customers that are more important than me. I cannot understand the reasoning for declining my application when I have always conducted all my accounts well. I am a professional and have sufficient disposable income to service the loan amount. You did not even have the decency to call me to explain the reasons. Thank you for your great pathetic customer service. I will be sure to move all my accounts that I have with you to one of the banks that has approved me my bond and I don't even bank with them!! This bad attitude proves that loyalty does not pay!! Disgusted Customer.
