R3000 unaccounted fo

It is now almost a year since the money that I deposited has been gone.
The amount is nowhere to be found and because I lost the deposit slip nothing could be done.
The amount in question was deposited as a cash deposit over the counter at the mentioned branch and as I did not have proof it is as if this is a fabrication on my part.
Nedbank has failed me in this regard and I want nothing to do with this bank ever.
