Earlier date Billing

I have noticed they bill me earlier than my PAY DATE 25Th Monthly and this wrecks havoc in my financial state as it is the last week of the moth. When i called to enquire apparently it is their policy that if there was a debit order that was rejected it creates a NAEDO tracker, which in this case happened on the 2010 Month i was not informed about this and only found out now when i am in dire need for the cash.
They are refusing to reverse it.
