DEBITS WITHOUT WARNING

Hi there,
i have just changed back over to a debt with my MFC account, but a few days ago i was debited on my account with no warning. i really have no problem with this but it would have been nice to have gotten an email or something, i have yet to be informed what the debit is even for!
i wrote to [Email Removed] but have gotten no response. i have been nice enough to make sure my debit was in place etc. at the very least are customers not warranted the same courtesy?
its especially a very horrible debit on the part of MFC since i did not budget for it you guys literally took a chunk of the last money i balance every month. it really isn't fair that you guys have free reign on peoples accounts without giving the the option to make the payment at the end of the month or at least informing the customer about this...
