Lost goods (Navigator card) during repairs

Hello Peter,

I am still not happy with service am receiving from Iwyze. The car was finally repaired however there were things I was not happy about. At this moment am still fighting with Iwyze to replace my navigator card that never came back when the car was repaired. I have been tossed and turn around and no one ever gives me a clear answer as to when it will be replaced. I spoke to Yumna Khan, Martin Jung, and now I have been referred to Rodwell, all from Iwyze but still i have not seen any action. This has been going on since July and we now sitting in October but my card is not acounted for. They were quick to increase my premium and yet am paying more for a car that is meant to have a navigator but i dont have. I think i need to be reimbused on my premiums until the card is replaced realy now this is such a phathetic service from Iwyze. This is a waste of my time and money for all the phone calls I have to do yet still not get a service. No..No..no!
