Cancellation of Smart Device

I was very concerned when I received a statement in the post concerning a Smart Device that I cancelled and yet according to the statement were going to be billed for it.

Justin Nicolaai immediately responded and handle the matter efficiently. The account set up against my ID was cancelled and all courier fees reversed.
