3 Appointments have now been made to install the DQ track device and each time the installer has NOT ARRIVED FOR THE APPOINTMENT. The onus is on US to rebook the installation and we are losing points in the meantime. OUTRAGEOUS.it then takes the infuriation of dealing with the service centre and the incompetent service agents who continuously phone my cell number instead of my husbands but never leave a number where they are ACTUALLY CONTACTABLE! the number that they ask us to return the call to is always the call centre, and so the cycle begins again. Discovery. YOUR CALL CENTRE IS A DISASTER in all spheres- whether it is insurance, medical aid or life cover. AND you have exceed yourselves this time.
