I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM STDBNK .I MADE AR500 AT AN ATM AT A SASOL GARAGE IN NORTHEN PROVINCE AND I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CASH OR EVEN A RECEIPT, THE MACHINE STOOD ON AN ERROR AND DID NOT DISPENSE, I LOGGED A SAS SWITCH QUERY WITH THE BANK AROUND THE 30TH OF APRIL WITH REF 52993793.I WAS GIVEN A TURN AROUND TIME OF 15 WORKING DAYS BUT SINCE THAT DAY TIL TODAY NO ONW HAS CALLED ME TO ADVISE OF THE PROGRESS OF MY ISSUE, I HAVE BEEN MAKING FOLLOW UP CALLS ONLY TO BE TOLD RANDBURG IS HANDLING AND NOTHING ELSE.IM VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT HOW THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN HANDLED, ITS APPALLING.I CAN'T KEEP CALLING ONLY TO GET THE SAME RESPONSE!
