I requested for my overdraft to be reduced on a monthly basis. The credit officer who initially dealt with the request was not helpful. Firstly, he sent me the wrong form, treated me as if I was a bad client, only captured the reduction after 3 days when I phoned and enquired as to why the reduction was not captured.

I noticed this month that the reduction was captured incorrectly. I emailed him to enquire about the error, he never bothered to respond instead he referred the query to Paulina Mogale (abpm798).

I would like to thank Paulina Mogale for the prompt action she took to resolve the issue (in a day) even thought it was not her fault and also for the high quality of assistance she provided. Her service, manner and courtesy was great.

Its refreshing to deal with an official who can help.
