No Contract sent and feedback on Rate Reduction

Requested a copy of my contract numerous times between November 2012 and Feb 2013.

I was promised it by Rochelle Golding (Sales) and Chantell Zanderberg (Rate Reduction) end of Jan 2013. Previous requests according to them were not logged on the system.

My ADT fees have gone up from just over R400 in March 2011 to almost R600 in March 2013. I am considering cancelling my ADT contract and signing up with CSS Tactical and have thus requested a copy of the contract and a rate reduction but have not received any feedback.

It seems no one in the Call Centre wants to take ownership of this query or is even bothered to keep me as a client.

This is very different to the experience I recieved from the sales person that sold me the contract initially.
