How do u give R180000

My wife has had many accounts with African Bank. All the accounts were paid on time and even settled early. The total of the accounts were well over 40 to 50 thousand. We now needed a loan for bond registration and deposit and they offered us a measly 11000 rand. How do you offer that to a good paying client. All your accounts were settled way before time and this is the service you offer to good paying customers. Sis man. I would like to know how and who has ever qualified for R180000. This is ridiculous. Now we pay our accounts all well and keep a good name but when you require help from them they offer you R11000. And affordability is never the problem because her salary more than compisates for payments. It was good enopugh to pay R3000 to 3 loans with you guys but now to you i cant afford it.
