As an FNB cheque acc holder, I qualified for smart device on account to pay monthly e.g cellphone/laptop etc. I got a blackberry from them which I am paying monthly, insured with them, lost it in about 3months and lodged a claim, I was requested to blacklist the phone first with the subscriber and report it to the police and furnish FNB claims division with these documents i.e police case no and blacklisting no, which I did. I also had to pay an excess of R500, emailed dep slip to them which they acknowleged receipt of. It's been 4months now still waiting for my claim to be processed till to date. Everytime I call to find out I get to speak to a new person who promises to help but never does.
I am always being sent from pillar to post and nobody and I feel hard done by espeacially by a reputable bank like FNB. My claim no is CL00076305, Policy no:1336240.
