FNB device insurance dont know what they are doing...

They send you policy documents at claim stage. The excess is R500 for and 24 hour later is R600...
What kind of insurance are you??? Consultants say R500 excess cannot be waived as policy documents was sent. So because now i'm complaining they charge me R100 extra?? i feel sorry for people who are insured with this Company...

Basic Excess:

or Accidental Loss 10% of gross claim with minimum of R500.00

Kindly be advised that the insured (yourself) is responsible for the excess (R600.00). Your device will be delivered once the payment is made to the Supplier. Please note that you will be liable for the Courier fee as well.
