I so hate dealling with mfc

They promise you the world when they sell you their products but when it comes the time to deliever they are playing hide and seek with you, my car was involve in an accident 19/03/13 and my insurance done everything with mfc and i had a shortfall policy with them, my car was a right off but till today my account with mfc is still outstanding, they still deducting my money and they are telling that they need to claim that shortfall policy and it going to take 72 working day while they are still deducting my money, it almost 2 month now getting the same story with mfc, i want my money back i have been paying and paying for that shortfall but it seems like i was paying it for free, stop dragging your feet cause i need answers not strees
