Don't Hold Your Breath

Don't hold your breath waiting for Momentum Life when they tell you they'll call you back. My wife wants to mature two Retirement Annuity policies she has with Momentum and asked me to call them as she wanted clarification regarding fund values, etc - particularly after everything we've been reading in the financial press lately about the prohibitive penalties life assurance companies have been levying their policyholders for early cancellations. So I called them last week and was told by Prudesh that he would make enquiries and get back to me the same day... I'm still waiting. It's probably not his fault, he's most likely waiting for feedback from someone else, but at least he could call and let me know. Aren't you sick and tired of promises, promises?
