8 weeks and still havent begun processin my claim

The company i had worked for had a provident fund with Verso group. on resigning from the company i was told that it takes 2 to 4 weeks to be paid out. its no 8 weeks and they havent even begun processing my claim. because the company i previously worked for has decided to change funds, they are not paying me out until all the funds have been moved. that started about 8 weeks ago. i am loosing out on interest and finalising things because they cant do two things at one time.
If you are a company looking to invest with a company, i suggest you stay away from verso group. if you work for a company that invests with them i suggest you reconsider your portfolio.
