Miway deducts money from my account every few mont

If I did not go through my bank statements I would not have noticed that in March and May this year Miway has deducted money from my account 99.00 each time, every 2-3 months.
My policy has been cancelled with them a year ago and i noticed they were deducting R99.00 per month, so I called in and advised them to stop. They advised no further deductions would go off as I have no further policy with them. However no refund was given, but I notice that they deduct this R99.00 every 2-3 months.
This is just unnaceptable, how many people are they doing this to that don't notice?!
