Pension payment lost

A payment was made into my account, and did not receive the payment in my account. Now i must go to my bank, get statements, forward it to them, and i must go through all the trouble, because Alexander Forbes let me feel guilty about it.
No apology, or anything from their side to solve the problem. I have been waiting for all my pension money since August 2012. Poor service!
