Pathetic Service

3 weeks have gone by and I have yet to receive any feedback regarding my vehicle insurance claim!!! What sort of service is this? I have a week left to use my courtesy car and then I won't have a vehicle to use. The least IWyze can do is let me know what is happening with my claim. it is unacceptable how they treat their clients!!!
