Had it not been for him, i'd still be frustrated

I would like to extend my gratitude to Thomas Ndlovu who was more than willing to help me with my claim since i lost my handset a week ago.

had it not been for him, i'd still be wondering what is going on with my claim as i've been calling to enquire about my claim from last Thursday and everyone i spoke to kept on sending me from pillar to post insisting there is no claim made by me or for me, i got frustrated and i kept on trying hoping to find a helpful agent, until this morning i spoke to Thomas who was very helpful and patient with my frustrations and at the end of the phone call, everything was in order. am now waiting for my phone :)
