ORIGINALS DOC'S - REPLACEMENT OF CAR KEYS NO MFC n

I am utterly frustrated with MFC Motor Financing Company (Nedbank affiliated). I want to fly to Johannesburg (from Paarl Western Cape), to sort out the problem.
1. I have a 2006 Mercedes Benz 220 CDi. Paid 48 months of the 60 months installments (never skipped a month), to MFC.
2. We moved to our new house Fri April 26, 2013. The MB electronics in the key went bizarre. We could not find the spare key (after two days of intense searching).
3. Mon April 29, 2013, I spoke to Mercedes Benz to order new keys. The persist - it must be the original registration papers and a PERMISSION letter from MFC. Hard on me, but understandable.
4. 10 minutes later - contacted MFC. Went SEVERAL times from 1 telephone operator to the other, every time - cleared all the items on the security checklist. They need PROOF OF INSURANCE ets etc.
6. Meantime Mercedes Benz Paarl towed the car to their garage.
7. Mon May 6th, I e-mailed all the papers to MFC. Called them two days later, the request was still in line to be processed.
8. Thurs May 9, th. TWO HOURS on the phone. MFC sent me an e-mail of copy of doc's!!!
9. MB says NO - ORIGINALS
10. MFC - NO PROBLEM will courier!
May 20, 2013 NO DOCS NO CAR, 3 weeks
