I have a pending 3rd party claim with renasa insurance since the 6th of may all documents requested where submitted by the 8th of may and to date after many calls to the 3rd party claim division as well as their supervisor and numerous emails sent I have not received any feedback at all, not a single phone call or email response. I am without a vehicle and unable to earn an income as i need my vehicle to do so in my line of work and no matter how much of urgency has been placed on this matter still no courtesy has been shown.
