COPY OF NATIS NOT SENT

I requested a certified copy of Natis to be e-mailed to Mercedes Benz in Boksburg, referred e-mail address and contact number for Mercedes but nothing happenned, it is now the 3rd weeks i'm struggling and frustratated due to my car standing at Mercedes Benz Boksburg just for replacement of the new key, i called MFC was put thru to someone who advise me to mail request to [Email Removed] which i did last week to my suprise i got response this morning say document attached in the meantime there was nothing attached, i replied to mail and request to send mail to Mercedes to speed up the process but nothing happens. I need
something to be done as soon as possible to ease the stress and frustration i'm going thru.
