I walked in to Liberty Head Ofice on 13/05/2013 to surrender my RA 17907767 where I signed all documents courteaously assisted by Bronwyn St Claire and have been waiting ever since for my money to be paid out to me. I received an 2 e-mails from Disbursemnts telling me my documents were unclear and I need to esend them before they can process my application. I called the call centre this morning where Nthabi promptly assisted me with patience, repect andabsolute professionalism---she escalated the issue to Disbursements where apparently I should expect a response within 24hrs-48hrs max. I cannot describe how frustrating the Liberty call centre is but Nthabi blew me away with her gracious and refreshing attitude and I now eagerly await my money from Disbursements.
