Terrible phone operato

I got a call this afternoon from a gentleman "congratulating" me that I know qualify for a bluebean credit card.

Firstly, I do not appreciate that I was contacted at my work telephone number (where you got it, I don't know), so please remove my numbers from your contacts list.
Secondly, the operator who contacted me did not speak clearly and could not speak English properly (I actually thought I was being pranked), he was incredibly insistant, even after I politely declined that I did not want a credit card (listen to the recording if you must). After which he still insisted and pushed that I accept the offer, I politely declined again, which then he decided to put the phone down in my ear. Quite rude, if you ask me.

If that is the attitude of Standard Bank employees, I am glad I do not bank with you.
