I logged an application online for an insurance quote and Johannes called me back the minute i hit the submit button. he took his time to explain all the details required and was clear about all requirements. he explained the various options and carefully explained the advantages and disadvantages of each option.

He sounded very competent and this gave me comfort that i was dealing with someone that knew what he was talking about and wouldn't't't be wasting my time. i loved the energy he transmitted over the phone.

he was quick to respond to my emails, and kept to his word when he said he would call.

He made swopping to 1st for woman insurance a breeze.
