Bad credit due to ID

Good day. When I did my credit report I have Maravedi Fianancial solutions on there due to Written debt right off. I have told them my ID was. My name still appears on ITC and XDS leaving me with a bad record and cant apply for car finance. Can you please contact me to get this removed from my name.
