Raised debit order without consulting me

I was put under administration almost four years ago. African Bank was not on the list of creditors because they did not want to settle. I agreed to pay and they never send me an updated statement since I can remember. Recently I saw that the debit order of R400 went up to R600. No one called me... I left it because I wanted the account to be settled once and for all... the sooner the better.

I applied for a loan at African Bank a few months ago and received a reply that my account was under administration and under arrears? I contacted my administrator but they are just as useless. Now it shows I owe more than R10 000.

No one contacted me thus far and I have not recieved any statement regarding this account.what is going to happen to all the money that was deducted? If the account is under administration dont they get their fair share of money? I am tired of this people and no one can give me a straight answer, sending/directing me to some one else everytime. I did post a complaint on Hellopeter a while back but maybe I did something wrong because the site did not recognise any of my email accounts.
