I really like to compliment Pheko from 1Life for asking me with my query within 15 minutes when i had logged a complaint 3 weeks back. I really appreciate what he did for me because I was really fastrated and ready to cancel my policy with them but he managed to calm me down and I must say I'm very happy and sure will stay with this company because he really knows what customer service means.
