Hi there,
It's almost two weeks since I sent an email to 1Life requesting them to cancel the funeral policy I took with them. Every time I send them an email I get an auto reply saying that a friendly client consultant will respond to my request within two working days but it never happened
Please get me 1Life to confirm if this policy has been cancelled
